Position Summary:

The Associate HR Generalist will act as an HR support role for the US Sales function. They will provide day-to-day support to the candidate experience, hiring and onboarding processes, as well as generalist work including implementation of HR policies and procedures, execution of HR initiatives, and administrative support. This individual will work closely with the HRG/BP team for US Sales, as well as the talent acquisition and other COE teams within HR.

Essential Functions:

  • Supports candidate experience for new hires including onsite interview arrangements, processing new hire paperwork through ATS system, and point of contact support throughout hiring process
  • Leads the onboarding of new employees by entering new hire information our HR database and collecting and tracking new hire forms
  • Serves as first point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Assists in providing credentialing requirements for US Sales employees
  • Manages and initiates HR initiatives and follows up on actions accordingly
  • Partners with talent acquisition and business leaders on talent strategies (career fairs, military programs, etc.)
  • Services as a liaison for special projects per the need of the business and stakeholder alignment
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Critical thinking and problems-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
